Outreach-Mt. Carmel Cares (MCC Cares)
vision statement
Our outreach ministry seeks to establish partnerships with local organizations (schools, food pantries, neighboring churches, rehabilitation centers, residential associations etc.) to improve the welfare of all peoples by impacting the world for Christ. Once a community need is apparent, our Mt Carmel Cares ministry mobilizes to meet the need, through the help of the Holy Spirit.
mission statement
The mission of Mt Carmel Cares is following the steps of our Lord and savior who said in Matthew 25:31-46: to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, visit the sick, care for the needy, widows, and orphans, and to provide ministry and care unto even the least of these.
Usher Board
The ushers on our usher board are happy to make your visit a great experience from the time you enter the building to the time you leave. Our ushers will help you navigate where you need to go once in the church, make sure you are seated comfortably and assist in any questions you may have. We believe in showing God’s love from start to finish.
Hospitality
Our Hospitality team is alert to the needs of the church membership and facilitate ways to serve those needs. Our team design and oversee the collection of church visitor contact information. Our team also help returning visitors reconnect with the church. We want to make our visitors our new friends.
Music Ministry
Music plays a pivotal role in our worship services. Whether it’s with our Worship Team or Choir or with our congregation singing the praises of God, we do with our whole heart. God has blessed us with a wonderful choir, praise team and musicians. When we are worshipping in music, we do it with what God gave us. We believe that music helps set the atmosphere of worship and praise and we keep it pleasing to God, giving Him all the glory.
Men’s Department
We believe here at Mt. Carmel, that God has given men the instructions to be successful in this world. Through, prayer, learning scriptures and fellowshipping with each other, we gain the tools and the knowledge to be the men, father and husbands God has commanded us to be.
